double tunnel Mt Bictoria and trench the rest of the bypass as has been done for the Arras Tunnel. run a public campaign to improve cyclists' road etiquette while reminding car drivers how easy it is to kill or injure a cyclist, irrespective of how stupidly they ride. don't waste public money on a runway extension.

Let NZTA control the entire transport network in Wellington, including public transport and local roads. Based on the past six years, WCC has no clue how to develop a proper transport network for everyone - they are fixated on bicycles. WCC is hopeless. NZTA isn't afraid of getting things done.
